According to Ark Invest's trading disclosure, the firm purchased 210,121 shares worth $32.48 million across its four ETFs on Monday (June 23), as SpaceX stock fell 16.43% to $154.60. The purchases were distributed among its Innovation, Autonomous Technology and Robotics, Next Generation Internet, and Space and Defense Innovation ETFs, making SpaceX the sixth-largest holding in ARKK with a 4.46% weighting.
On the same day, SpaceX announced its inaugural bond sale, though the size was not disclosed. The company said proceeds will be used to repay outstanding bridge loan borrowings and fund general corporate purposes.
