Datavault AI Secures $2 Billion in Structured Funding to Expand GPU Edge Computing Network

According to Businesswire, Nasdaq-listed digital asset treasury company Datavault AI has signed a non-binding agreement to raise $2 billion in structured financing across four phases. The company will issue new shares priced between $1.55 and $2.00 per share, backed by collateral from its digital asset exchange and RWA tokenization business. Proceeds will fund expansion of its SanQtum GPU edge computing network, platform development, and existing debt repayment.
