European Equity Indices Close Lower on June 1, IBEX 35 Slides 0.97%

On June 1, European equity indices closed in negative territory. Germany's DAX 30 declined 0.36% to 25,022.32 points, while France's CAC 40 fell 0.45% to 8,146.59 points. Spain's IBEX 35 recorded the largest loss at 0.97%, closing at 18,189.86 points, followed by the UK's FTSE 100 which dropped 0.67% to 10,339.83 points. Italy's FTSE MIB fell 0.51% to 49,781.50 points, and Europe's Stoxx 50 index declined 0.27% to 6,034.36 points.
