According to The Defiant and blockchain analysis firm Arkham Intelligence, nearly all $220 million in unfrozen funds from the Kelp DAO cross-chain bridge attack have been laundered. The attacker's wallet now holds approximately $1.7 million, down from the original theft amount. The funds were moved through privacy tools including THORChain, Wasabi, Tornado Cash, and Umbra. The hacker is linked to North Korea and previously conducted a $292 million LayerZero bridge attack in April. The only recoverable portion remains the approximately $71 million in Ethereum frozen by Arbitrum's security council on April 20.
