Lenovo Plans Second Round of PC Price Hikes Starting July, With Increases Up to $147

According to Lanjinger.com citing industry sources, PC maker Lenovo plans to raise prices across its entire product line from July following the 618 shopping festival, marking the company's second price hike this year. Price increases are expected to reach up to CNY 1,000 (approximately $147) for certain models, with official pricing notices expected by end-June.

The move comes as DRAM and NAND Flash memory prices continue surging. According to TrendForce data, spot prices for both memory types have accumulated gains exceeding 300%. As of May 2026, DDR4 8Gb memory for PCs averaged $20, reaching record highs. PC manufacturers across the industry, including Dell, Asus, and others, are similarly raising prices due to elevated component costs.
