According to SemiAnalysis, Nvidia's new Vera Rubin AI server platform reduced CPU-side memory capacity on June 5, sparking a selloff in global storage stocks. SK Hynix dropped 9.92%, while China's A-share storage index fell 4%. Individual storage leaders including Ramaxel, Longsys, and Ucore Semiconductor also declined. The reported memory reduction was limited to CPU system memory and did not affect GPU compute cores.
