SK Hynix Plans to List ADRs in August, Aims to Raise $14 Billion

According to Reuters, South Korean memory chip giant SK Hynix plans to issue American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) in August, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) expected to approve the listing application around June 22. The ADR offering is anticipated to raise approximately $14 billion, as the company capitalizes on strong investor interest in AI-related semiconductors. SK Hynix is a major supplier of high-bandwidth memory (HBM) chips to Nvidia and has become one of the biggest beneficiaries of the AI boom.
