Supermicro Raises $7 Billion for AI Server Expansion, Holds $39 Billion in Orders

According to 優分析, Supermicro (SMCI) announced on Tuesday, June 10 that it will raise $7 billion through equity-linked financing instruments to fund advanced AI server component procurement and meet growing customer demand. The company disclosed it currently holds over $39 billion in orders from more than 20 customers for advanced AI servers. The financing package includes approximately $3.75 billion in depositary shares and $1.25 billion in common stock, with plans to sell an additional $2 billion via at-the-market offering by Q3. Supermicro shares fell approximately 11% on the announcement.
