Trump Appoints FHFA Director Pulte as Acting DNI Director

U.S. President Donald Trump appointed Mark Pulte, the current director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency and chairman of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac, as the acting director of the Director of National Intelligence, according to a statement today. Pulte will continue to serve in both his current roles at FHFA and as chairman of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac during the appointment period.
