According to France’s BFMTV, U.S. President Trump warned Iran on May 17 that it will face a ‘very bad situation’ if it fails to reach a peace agreement quickly. Trump said during a phone interview: ‘They have interest in making a deal.’ Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi said Friday that Tehran received signals from Trump’s administration indicating willingness for new negotiations, but warned of ‘distrust’ regarding Washington’s true intentions.
