According to Jin10 Futures, Malaysian crude palm oil futures on the Bursa Malaysia Derivatives exchange are expected to open higher on Thursday morning (June 11), tracking gains in external markets. Following overnight air strikes between the U.S. and Iran, international crude oil prices rose on Wednesday. Brent crude futures climbed further during Thursday's electronic trading session, while Chicago soybean oil futures also strengthened, supporting the outlook for Malaysian crude palm oil.
Malaysia's May palm oil production declined while exports improved, providing additional price support.
