China Raises Concerns at WTO Over EU's Network Security Law and Industrial Accelerator Act on June 4

According to Jin10, on June 4, China raised serious concerns at the WTO Services Council annual meeting over the European Union's draft Network Security Law and Industrial Accelerator Act, arguing the measures violate WTO rules and would undermine the effectiveness of multilateral trade regulations. China urged the EU to remove or substantially modify provisions on network security concerns, non-technical risks, and high-risk suppliers, as well as to eliminate discriminatory measures in the Industrial Accelerator Act.
